The Obama Administration has appointed Robert Listenbee to serve as administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) at the Department of Justice..

Listenbee is currently chief of the Juvenile Unit of the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and recently co-chaired Attorney General Eric Holder’s National Task Force on Children Exposed to Violence.

Sources at OJJDP and close to Listenbee confirmed to The Imprint earlier this week that the decision had been made, and Obama included Listenbee’s appointment.
